📢 Booking Policy – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 💇🏽‍♀️ 📅 Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot — applied to your total. No deposit, no appointment. • Appointments booked within 24/48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $25 late booking fee. ⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows • 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. • No-shows = 25-50% charge and risk of being blocked from future bookings. ⏳ Late Policy • 10-15 minute grace period. After that, appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. 🚫 No Extra Guests • No children or tag-alongs unless being serviced — no exceptions. 💆🏽‍♀️ Hair Prep • Natural Hair: Please come clean, detangled, and product-free (unless shampoo is included). • Silk Press: Hair must be detangled before or there will be an extra charge. • Installs: Hair must be dropped off at least 24-48hrs prior if custom prep is needed (bleaching, coloring, etc.). ⚠️ Allergies • Be sure to disclose any scalp sensitivities or allergies — your safety matters. 💸 Remaining Payment • Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle & Paypal are accepted. Balance due at end of service. 💳 Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of a mistake or fault on my end that reasonably affects the quality of your service. If you ever have concerns, please communicate them within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address them professionally.
